Fanatic Mini Returns: 400 Boys and Girls Ready to Play Basketball in León Exhibition Palace

Basketball returns this weekend to the León Exhibition Palace with a new edition of the Fanatic Mini that will bring together 400 boys and girls to play what they like most, basketball.

Two intense days in which a total of 63 teams, both female and male, participate, 36 juveniles and 27 juniors from the province of León and the entire autonomous community.

After the success of the last edition in February of this year, the Councilor for Sports, Vicente Canuria, has presented this great basketball festival with games that will be played simultaneously on six different courts this Saturday and Sunday.

He has been accompanied by Óscar Castañeda, president of the Castilla y León Basketball Federation, and José Manuel Vázquez, provincial representative of the Federation. Basketball coach Aíto García also attended, who wanted to support this sporting event.

Canuria has highlighted the good organization of the tournament and the great acceptance by the Leonese teams. A competition that returns to León, which is already a benchmark as a venue for tournaments in different sports disciplines.

The event is organized by the Castilla y León Basketball Federation and has the collaboration of the León City Council.

The main objective of the Fanatic Mini is to provide clubs and schools with the possibility of playing basketball matches that contribute to improving the technical training of their players.
