He can’t resist. Eden Hazard (32) appeared on a training field for the first time in a long time. Not to be coached, but to coach. The U13s of the Spanish third division club Rayo Majadahonda were the lucky ones. And that was no coincidence.

After all, son Yannis defends the colors of the team from the Spanish capital Madrid. According to coordinator Adrian Costa, Hazard himself suggested giving the training. “He already loved it,” Costa told the local press. “But he also found it quite tiring. What did they do? They first trained on passing, followed by some rondos and finally a twenty-minute competition. Eden was happy that he could feel a ball again.”
Will there be a sequel? The ‘real’ coach certainly didn’t mind. “What could he say when such a legend himself came up with the proposal? Eden is a very nice guy and for Carlos, the U13 coach, it was the day of his life. Eden feels good in Madrid. I even asked him if he would like to play for our first team.
