Chile’s Athletic Success and Pan American Records Highlight Twelfth Day of the XIX Pan American Games

Santiago de Chile, Nov 1 (EFE).- The twelfth day of the XIX Pan American Games left this Wednesday a great performance by Chile in athletics that was consolidated with medals, a first gold for Costa Rica and Puerto Rico and two Pan American records , in addition to Brazil taking off in the medal table.

1. Medal table

Brazil remains installed in second place in the medal table with a harvest of 40 gold, 53 silver and 43 bronze, seconding the United States with a record of 84-49-58. Canada and Mexico remain with 35 golds.
