The CB Anna senior men’s team achieved victory against CB Jorge Juan B (81-77) at the Anna Municipal Pavilion. Those from the Canal de Navarrés did a great defensive job to stop the offensive potential of the Alicante team as much as possible, to which they added a high percentage of success in attack that was key to taking the victory.
For its part, the senior men’s 2nd zone CB Anna achieved its first victory of the course against CB Tabernes Blanques E (56-41), thus achieving a well-deserved reward for the great work done since the beginning of the season. Toni Navas’ men went from more to less, but they were able to maintain a good level throughout the match.
In the cadet category, the men’s team added a new victory (35-52) in a very intense match against CBSP Moixent. Despite the rival’s efforts to impose its defense, the Annero team showed a great capacity for adaptation and a high level of commitment.
Even greater was the victory of the children’s team in their match against CB Albaida (24-64) in which they demonstrated a good level of play, but with still a significant margin for improvement.
In juveniles, Itele-c – CB Anna fell to CB Algemesí Negre despite playing a very complete match with a very high level of attitude and concentration. On the other hand, the women’s team in this category beat CB Genovés and continues to progress as a team.
Finally, the juniors and seniors lost their matches last weekend against NB Alcoi and CSA Carcaixent respectively.
