He’s eager to get back on track after 0 minutes against Argentina. Initially he moves continuously, he goes to get the ball in the midfield, he tries dribbling. Then the play in the first half comes from a standing position, drawing the parable for Mancini’s lead from a corner. In the second half, we see little of him. But in the end the 2-1 comes with a classy shot. There’s little that can be done, with the real Paulo it’s something else

For 25 minutes he watches his teammates play. He doesn’t receive a single ball. Then after the half hour he gets more involved, always with his back to goal. He finishes for the first time at the start of the second half. He understands that it is an evening where he must make himself available to his teammates. And so he gives a golden ball to Azmoun, who is offside. Then he tries again with Dybala, with a back heel, and this time the ball turns into an assist for 2-1
