Sao Paulo (Brazil), 8 November 2023 – They took advantage of the blackouts caused by the storms to break into the house of Bruna Biancardi, the companion of Neymar. The commando, made up of three armed men, wanted to kidnap the newborn daughter of the digital influencer and Al Hilal star. But the attempt, fortunately, failed. The episode occurred on the outskirts of Sao Paulo, Brazil, on the night between Monday and Tuesday. But news of it only became known in the last few hours.
By pure chance Bruna and little Mavie, who just turned one month old, were not in the house at the time. Where, however, the woman’s parents were spending the evening. The robbers took advantage of the fact that the electricity was cut following the bad weather that hit the area last Friday to break into Cotia’s residence, a fenced condominium.
Bruna’s parents were taken hostage, taken to a room, tied and gagged. The criminals then ransacked the house, breaking into the safe where, however, there was no money. After having collected some valuable objects, bags, jewels and luxury watches, they fled. In relation to the attempted kidnapping, the police have already arrested a suspect: according to local media he would be a neighbor of the victims and would have facilitated the criminals’ access to the condominium.
On social media, Biancardi reassured followers that “thank God everything went well”. The Brazilian striker also posted a message: “Sad day, but thank God everyone is fine.”
Neymar is in Brazil in this period: a few days ago he underwent “successful” surgery in Belo Horizonte after theleft knee injury which cost him the rupture of the cruciate ligaments and the meniscus of his left knee.
