Antetokounmpo leads Milwaukee to home win

Greek star Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Milwaukee Bucks to a home win over the Dallas Mavericks in the National Basketball Association (NBA) with 40 points. The Bucks achieved their fourth win in a row on Saturday (local time) with a score of 132:125. It was Antetokounmpo’s second-highest points total this season; he also recorded 15 rebounds and 7 assists. For the Mavs, the star duo Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving scored 35 and 39 points respectively.

The Golden State Warriors, meanwhile, suffered their sixth defeat in a row. The 2022 champions lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder at home with 123:130 after overtime. Even superstar Stephen Curry couldn’t change that with 25 points after recovering from a knee injury. At Thunder, Chet Holmgren became the top scorer with 36 points. The league newcomer saved his team from a three-pointer into overtime.
