Angri Pallacanestro is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with the athlete Matteo Carone, playmaker born in 2003. The player has already made his debut during the match won last Thursday at the PalaGalvani against Promobasket Marigliano and can therefore be called up for tomorrow’s match on the Scandone Avellino parquet.
Raised in the youth team of New Basket Brindisi, he then continued his training with Fortitudo Francavilla, playing in the Under 18 Eccellenza championship. In 2021/2022, while continuing his youth career, he had the opportunity to make his debut in the B championship with Cus Jonico Taranto (almost 2 points per game) and at the same time also play in C Silver again with Fortitudo Francavilla (11.3 average points).
