MBC Flag Competition High School Baseball 1st Grade Tournament: 14 teams compete fiercely, finals held on the 18th in Kagoshima[11/04 16:54]
The MBC Flag Competition High School Baseball 1st Year Selection Tournament began on the 4th.
This tournament is held every year by the Prefectural High School Baseball Federation and MBC to encourage first-year players with little experience in the game to improve their skills.
This year, the 29th edition, 14 teams will participate. On the 4th, 6 games in the first round were held, with Makurazaki, Kagoshima Josai, Oshima, Kokubun Chuo, Kamimura, and Reimei making it through the first round.
The final is scheduled to be held at Beeline Sports Park Aira Baseball Stadium on the 18th of this month, and will be broadcast live on MBC Radio.
