Beach volleyball player Philipp Waller has to undergo chest surgery after recurring breathing problems. Martin Ermacora’s partner is suffering from a pneumothorax and will be treated in Vienna on Friday. The 28-year-old will be out for several weeks.
“It’s good that we now know what the cause of my problems are. I hope for a good recovery and look forward to being on the court again soon,” said Wallner in a press release.
