The fight over a spot in the commercial car park ended in baseball bat blows.
The episode last night in Marcianise, at the Campania Shopping Center, saw as protagonists a 47-year-old from Capua and a 45-year-old from Naples.
The first will have to answer for personal injuries and possession of weapons or objects capable of offending, the second suffered a head injury with a lacerated and bruised wound of the scalp, with a prognosis of seven days.
It was the 47-year-old from Capua who, to secure parking in one of the stalls in the area, had violently hit the victim with a baseball bat, who was about to occupy the place chosen by the other.
The security guards at the business park raised the alarm. On site the police proceeded to search the accused and his car and found, inside, the 60 centimeter long baseball bat used in the attack and a machete with a 36 centimeter blade. All subjected to criminal seizure.
