Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 days. Fast returns & delivery tracking. We are paperless and your returns can now be made via our returns portal.
You have 28 days from the day of delivery to submit your return. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, piercings, swimwear or lingerie. Once the seal is broken or no longer exists, it cannot be returned
Handwritten address labels or other return methods will result in delays and may result in import sales tax and customs fees. These costs must be borne by you.
