Tuchel admits Müller mistake!
Tuchel: “I know I made a mistake in my thinking against Galatasaray! We were about to substitute him when the score was 3-1. And then I had the feeling that if I replaced him now, it would have the effect: Oh yes, now it’s 3-1 – now Thomas can play. That felt strange to me, but it resonated completely differently with him. I’ll take it upon myself in this case.”

Will Müller get a start again on Saturday (3:30 p.m./Sky and live ticker at BILD.de) against Darmstadt? So far there is little evidence for it!
The coach explains: “The fact is that we are extremely strong up front and there is actually no reason to break the flow of Kingsley Coman, Leroy Sané, Jamal Musiala and Harry Kane in their four positions.”
This also means: It will also be very difficult for super joker Mathys Tel (18/six goals in 13 appearances) to have a chance in the starting eleven!
But Tuchel at least says: “Mathys definitely deserves to play – even to start.”

I think that sometimes he feels different inside but doesn’t let it show because he’s a real team player at an extremely high level.”
With every game in which Tuchel has to explain to Müller that he won’t start again, it becomes more difficult!
