Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel (50) spoke about possible winter transfers at the press conference before the DFB Cup game in Saarbrücken (Wednesday, 8:45 p.m.).
Tuchel jokes about the question of which winter transfers are necessary!
Hoeneß had said, alluding to new arrivals in the January transfer window: “Our coach gets everything that is necessary.”

They know what four weeks means and can mean with our schedule. We have our eyes and ears open. As in every transfer window, we are trying to strengthen our team and I hope we can do that.”
Tuchel also reveals that goalkeeper Manuel Neuer (37) will also be in the Bayern goal in Saarbrücken after his comeback against Darmstadt!
The Bayern coach, however, has to worry about Jamal Musiala (20), who is ailing.
Tuchel also talks about the pitch situation in Saarbrücken. It is still unclear whether the German record champions’ game against Saarland (Wednesday, 8:45 p.m.) can take place. According to BILD information, the decision on whether the pitch can be played, which was planned for Tuesday morning, was postponed to Wednesday.
