The Judoka from Piacenza, competing at the European Cup in Koper, beat the Belgian Peeters and the French Kahlhoven. The defeat came only in the semi-final with the German Kupper (gold medal), but Thomas immediately got back up and won the third/fifth place final with the Italian Bendoni.
Once again the athlete from Piacenza, former Fijlkam Judo cadet national team, confirmed his talent.

Also competing was Francesca Trongone, who despite an injury still wanted to compete, showing character as well as a lot of technique. Unfortunately, she didn’t move forward, but she showed all her determination.
