Projectile jets targeted the latter where all the players and staff were located, injuring Lyon coach Fabio Grosso. In images from broadcaster Prime Video, the Italian was seen with a bloody face, then with a bandage on his head as he left the infirmary located in the corridors of the Stade Vélodrome. According to a source close to the Lyon club, Fabio Grosso suffered from numerous dizziness and suffered from multiple traumas.

A bus of Lyon supporters was also stoned, according to a police source.
