The King Baudoin stadium in Brussels evacuated after the interruption of Belgium-Sweden

The evacuation started at 11:45 p.m. After nearly two hours of waiting, the first of the 35,000 supporters present in the stands of the Roi-Baudoin stadium to watch the Belgium-Sweden match (stopped at half-time) were authorized to leave the enclosure by the security forces, still looking for the author of a “terrorist attack”, as announced by the Belgian Prime Minister, in the city center.

The evacuation appears to be taking place peacefully according to the first images broadcast by the media present on site. Most of the Swedish supporters are still present in the aisles, as are some of the Belgian fans.
