The “Club of 300” women leaders, part of the diversity program of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF), closed its first promotion this Saturday and launched the second.
With 150 winners, the first promotion launched in October 2022 benefited from support throughout the year, structured around gatherings, e-learning sessions, personalized coaching adapted to the needs of each person. .

This day also marked the launch of the second promotion of the Club des 300, made up of 150 new winners who will be supported until October 2024. The meeting of the two promotions offered the opportunity for the winners to meet and benefit from sharing experience over this first year. The commitment made by the CNOSF is to identify, promote and support 300 women by 2024 so that they can access positions of responsibility. The objective is to enable sports federations and bodies to move towards parity.
For the record, the CNOSF survey carried out in 2021 revealed that 300 additional positions should be occupied by women within the governing bodies of the federations to achieve this parity and thus be in compliance with the law of March 2, 2022 aimed at democratizing sport in France.
