Jadon Sancho’s teammates believe that the 23-year-old attacker should apologize to manager Erik ten Hag. The English media, including The Guardian, released the news about Manchester United on Thursday. According to the local Manchester Evening News, even Sancho’s best friends at United are behind Ten Hag.
Sancho has been out of the picture at United for a while. The Englishman has been at loggerheads with Ten Hag for some time. The winger was left out of United’s selection by Ten Hag in September due to disappointing performances in training, after which Sancho openly criticized the manager on social media. Since then, the winger has been persona non grata in Manchester.
On August 26, Sancho played his last match for the Red Devils, when the Ten Hag team won 3-2 against Nottingham Forest. As long as the attacker refuses to apologize, the situation will not change. According to ESPN, Borussia Dortmund wants to put veteran Sancho out of his misery. The Englishman is still with United until mid-2026, which means that the German club initially sees more in a rental deal. Barcelona and Juventus were also previously mentioned as candidates to hire Sancho, but it is now eerily quiet around those clubs.
