The male and female athletes of Judo Kodokan Empoli shine once again. Let’s start from the 17th Agostino Macaluso Trophy, where 2 golds, one silver and 3 bronzes arrived. The victories were achieved by Jacopo Antonini and Sofia La Rosa, in second place went to Tommaso Manenti and on the third step of the podium were Arina Cinelli, Leonardo Brotini and Lorenzo Beconcini. Elia Tosi instead placed 5th. Results which earned the Empoli team 3rd place in the general ranking of the clubs. In the 1st City Trophy of Figline and Incisa Valdarno, however, the youngest Denise Di Scala and Yosnai Garcia Castellin defeated the competition in their respective categories, while Mattia Giacomelli, Margherita Innocenti, Olivia Rocco and Roberto Majano Castro won bronze .
