Franco Armani (6): Little work from River’s goalkeeper. However, he exhibited sobriety and security at all times, responding firmly in each intervention.
Santiago Simón (7.5): He played one of his best games with the River shirt. He had no complications in containment and projected himself with great discretion, assisting Borja in River’s second.
Leandro González Pirez (5): He didn’t make any gross mistakes but he exposed some weaknesses in one-on-one play. He had some problems with the intensity of Matías Giménez.

Paulo Díaz (7): A very strong performance from the second central marker. He was effective in marking, attentive for crosses and careful with the ball at his feet. He almost scored a great goal.
Milton Casco (6): A game without big mistakes but not without too many lights either. He maintained the line and sobriety in the defensive aspect and projected himself intermittently.
Enzo Pérez (6.5): He improved considerably with Aliendro at his side. Apart from some moments in which he abused the rough play, he was firm in the recovery and very good in the distribution of the game.
Rodrigo Aliendro (6.5): Very willing and supportive in the recovery, helping Enzo Pérez at all times and displaying an important display. Accurate with the ball in his power.
Ignacio Fernández (6): It provided the usual amount of clarity, although it appeared intermittently and at times seemed somewhat disjointed. Accurate with the ball.
Esequiel Barco (7.5): Sharp, vertical, daring and providing the necessary change of pace to constantly complicate Independiente’s entire offensive framework.

Manuel Lanzini (7): Very fine not only in decision making but also in execution. He lacked some continuity in the game but he was careful at all times.
Miguel Borja (9): An extraordinary performance by the Colombian striker, who was a constant danger for the Independiente defense. He scored two goals thanks to his great position and another was disallowed.

Facundo Collidio (5): They had a couple of clear scoring chances but they didn’t resolve it very well.
Pablo Solari (7): He took advantage of the spaces and scored a goal thanks to great resolution.
