On Friday night and with a packed Municipal Sports Center, Quilmes defeated Huracán 63 to 54 and became champion of the Clausura Tournament. It was all joy for Cervecero, with his people who never stopped encouraging his team and with the help of Martín Ipucha from Bahia, he won the title. This match was broadcast by LU24.

In the first quarter, Huracán started more orderly and took advantage of some points with bonuses and the good leadership of Agustín Bayúgar. At the end of this stage, Quilmes had a five-point advantage over its rival, but as is usually the case in this type of match, nothing was said yet.
Finally, in the last quarter, the Sarratea street team knew how to assert the advantage they had in almost the entire match and Albo wanted to get closer but it was not enough. With five minutes left and when Huracán seemed to have it closer than ever, its opponent took advantage of a mistake and got within seven.
Quilmes was a fair winner of the match, had a good championship and won the Clausura Tournament by defeating its neighborhood classic. Now and with a date to be confirmed, faces will meet again to see who is the absolute champion. A basketball party, as it was throughout this season.
