Weeks 7 and 8 of the NFL will be special for fans on the gridiron because more than 300 players and coaches will wear special decals and patches on their clothing to celebrate International Diversity.
As part of the Heritage Program of the NFL, figures like Tua Tagovailoa, Fred WarnerAmon-Ra St. Brown, Puka Nacua, Chris Olave, DJ Moore, Jimmy Garoppolo, Aaron Jones, Efe Obada y Jordan Mailata as well as coaches Bill Belichick, Arthur Smith, Ron Rivera, Brian Daboll They will wear decals on their helmets or patches on their jackets of international flags to represent the various nationalities and cultures that make up the National Football League.
The executive vice president of business and events of NFL International, Peter O’Reillynoted that they are proud to celebrate the International Diversity of the league and hope that in the future players from more nations will come to the competition.
“As we continue to prioritize the growth of the NFL Globally, we are proud that our players and coaches honor their backgrounds through the NFL Heritage Program. “This initiative allows us to celebrate the heritage, families and cultures that make up the League’s fabric, and truly showcases the growing reach and global impact of the sport of American football and the NFL,” he said.

For its part, Ron Riveracoach of the Commanders and who has Aztec roots, pointed out that he considers it a pride to show his heritage and celebrated the initiative of the NFL.
“I am very proud of my background and happy to honor my heritage by representing Puerto Rico y Mexico through the program NFL Heritage. “What a fantastic way to show the love of the game around the world,” she expressed.
During Weeks 7 and 8, more than 70 nations and territories will be represented by more than 300 members of the NFL.
