New Training Times Introduced at Rheinbach Sports Club for Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and Gymnastics

Rheinbach. The popular sports club Rheinbach eV (BSV), which specializes in the sports of judo, jiu-jitsu and gymnastics, has introduced new training times for children/young people and adults.

Judo is a sport that strengthens body awareness and fitness and can be practiced well into old age. In Jiu-Jitsu, however, the focus is more on self-defense techniques. The social component plays a major role for children and young people as well as adults, as judo can only be practiced sensibly in a group with training partners.

Youth training focuses on competitions and belt tests, while adult training is more about movement sequences, body control and flexibility. Gymnastic exercises are an integral part of every training session.

The training times

Judo (children/young people): Mondays from 4.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. or Fridays from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Judo (adults): Mondays from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

– Jiu Jitsu (beginners): Tuesdays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The training sessions take place in the gymnasium of the Dederichsgraben comprehensive school in Rheinbach. Anyone interested is invited to simply stop by and ask their questions. Comfortable clothing such as sweatpants and a T-shirt are sufficient for training. Further information can be found on the BSV Rheinbach eV homepage at www.bsv-rheinbach.de.BA
