Title favorite Golden State Warriors will probably have to make do without star basketball player Draymond Green at the start of the new season of the North American professional league NBA.
San Francisco. Title favorite Golden State Warriors will probably have to make do without star basketball player Draymond Green at the start of the new season of the North American professional league NBA.
The 33-year-old says he will be out for four to six weeks due to an ankle injury. “I just got off lightly again,” Green said on “Andscape” about the injury he suffered earlier this week. According to Green, the injury could have been much worse.
With leading player Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, newcomer Chris Paul and Green, the Warriors are among the closest favorites in the NBA, which begins on October 24th. Green is also considered a candidate for Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The USA lost the World Cup semi-final against Germany a good three weeks ago and are planning to have a star selection for the Olympics. In addition to Green, superstar LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Curry could also be candidates for the coming summer.
