Small program… but not that much. Indeed, as real NBA fans we will be in front of the TV this night from around 1:30 a.m. to 6 a.m., to follow two devilishly interesting matches. First of all ? The contractual obligation for a Frenchman who loves the color orange, the Victor Wembanyama match. 1h30 of the drum against the Heat, for its second pre-season game, the first at home in front of an audience that should fill the AT&T Center like my teachers filled my correspondence book in college. To see the roster available this evening for the Spurs (the Heat have already announced to put the entire city to rest), but whatever happens the simple presence of the V has already made us set the alarm, just in case.
After this French main event we will move on to a real classic of the West, the Warriors against the Lakers, with again a lot of uncertainties in terms of rosters but the guarantee of having at least a few cracks on the field? If it’s not the stars (LeBron, AD, Curry…) it will be their young lieutenants (Kuminga, Reaves…), and if the intensity ever struggles to exceed 3 km/h it will then be time to go to sleep peacefully, the feeling of duty accomplished.
