Montsalvy. Montsalvyen badminton: an original association. At the dawn of a new season, Badminton Montsalvyen held its general meeting. This association, which has statutes and internal regulations, is managed in the form of collegial governance. On behalf of the group, the two co-founders, Andrée Maronne and Stéphanie Bioulac presented the 2022-2023 results.
Andrée Maronne recalled that badminton is practiced as a leisure activity, “no affiliation with the French Federation, no competitive spirit, everyone plays. Things have to work on the pitch, there has to be a permanent mix by balancing the levels. No one should feel frustrated. Everyone must want to come and stay. »
Sessions on Tuesday from 8 p.m.
This year, the sessions will take place on Tuesday, from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., in the multipurpose room and will bring together – for the moment – 20 players from Montsalvy, Junhac, Labesserette, Ladinhac, Lafeuillade, Arpajon and Aurillac.
After Stéphanie Bioulac’s financial report, the philosophy of Badminton Montsalvyen was recalled: “allowing individual and/or collective badminton practice in a friendly atmosphere promoting the development of everyone. »
