The Steinbach Black Wings Linz returned victorious in the win2day ICE Hockey League after the forced break at the weekend. In an early game of the 30th round, the Upper Austrians won 2-0 (1-0 0-0 1-0) at Olimpija Ljubljana on Wednesday.
Brian Lebler shot the Black Wings into the lead in the fifth minute, Sean Collins’ decision was only made 29 seconds before the final siren in the power play. Goalie Thomas Höneckl was happy about his first shutout of the season.
