Liège: He participated in a gang rape

In July 2019, a young woman who was taken care of by an association after having been the victim of prostitution networks and human trafficking. When she had just arrived from Charleroi after escaping a prostitution network, she went out to Liège to get something to drink. On a street corner, she met a man who invited her to go for a drink. She has accepted. He offered her cocaine and took her to his house. The members of the non-profit organization in which she was supported called her. She left her number with the stranger and joined the non-profit organization.

She then joined the man later that night. The latter was in the company of two other men, including Mohamed El Hedi Chihi. She found herself in a car with these three men. It was then that the latter, who called himself “Chicco”, hit him. The men pushed her into the lake. Her head was spinning. Chicco punched him in the face. She bled. The three men were enterprising and she refused their advances. She thought she was going to die. She found herself in a ruined house and ended up falling asleep against her will. She felt extremely tired.

He denies the obvious

When she woke up, she saw the man named Chicco who was naked next to her. She didn’t remember what happened, but felt severe pain in her private parts. She managed to escape, taking the shoes of the famous Chicco. When she returned to the association, she was covered in wounds. She was taken to hospital and a DNA analysis was carried out. It appeared that the victim had taken cocaine, but also a sedative, of which she was unaware.

Three mixed male profiles were found inside the victim’s pants. Among these, the DNA of Mohamed El Hedi, Chihi, already notably convicted of having beaten and raped his ex-partner just a few months before this collective rape… “I don’t know her,” said the defendant. who appeared detained whose DNA was in the pants and who was recognized by the young woman. “How come ? I didn’t touch her. Maybe someone sent it to me. I’ve never seen her. Even if I met her, I wouldn’t recognize her.” The court not only found the facts established, but also doubled the sentence handed down pending.
