Florence, 12 October 2023 – Closed for 30 days the kiosk of Piazzale Vittorio Veneto where in the night between Sunday and Monday a Peruvian, a customer of the place, had been savagely attacked by a gang which included a man also armed with a baseball bat.
The restaurant was closed yesterday by the Florence police who executed a license suspension decree issued by the Florence police commissioner.
From the military’s investigations it emerged that the kiosk had become a regular meeting place for harassing and highly socially dangerous individuals. In fact, there were multiple violent episodes that occurred inside the venue, the latest being the brutal attack that occurred on Sunday night.
