Jannik Sinner dismisses Andrey Rublev and joins Daniil Medvedev in final in Vienna

Jannik Sinner will try to win a fourth title this season. Faller of Andrey Rublev (5th in the world) in the semi-final of the ATP 500 in Vienna this Saturday (7-5, 7-6 [5]), the Italian will face Russian Daniil Medvedev on Sunday, title holder and defeater of Stefanos Tsitsipas in the other half.

Rublev, however, took off in the first set, leading 5-2. But the Italian held on to break his opponent twice before winning in the tie-break in the second set. A success concluded in just under two hours of play (1h52), barely more than his future opponent, Medvedev, a little earlier in the day (1h45).
