Holger Rune is going through one of the worst results crises in a long time with a new defeat in the first round. The Dane defended his title in the Stockholm ATPbut could not advance to the first round after falling to Miomir Kecmanovic. The Serbian won by 7-6(3) 6-2 to a Rune still lacking confidence due to those back problems that he has been dealing with for months. The Dane seemed to take control of the match after losing the first set, breaking the Serb’s serve as soon as it began, but Kecmanovic quickly overcame the loss and that was the last straw for his rival. Thus, Rune seems to continue crashing again and again in a possible desperate fight to reach the ATP Finals.
