Highlights from the General Meeting of Ayrens’Tonic: New Software Challenges and Increased Contribution

Ayrens. General meeting of Ayrens’Tonic. The general assembly of the Ayrens’Tonic Sports Retreat took place in the multipurpose room in the presence of Jean-Claude Glandier, representing CODERS. The president, Ginette Combes, explained the reasons for the increase in the contribution, from €43 last season to €48 this year.

In order to implement dematerialized licenses, the Federation decided to modernize its IT system by purchasing new, very expensive software. However, the implementation of this software did not make the task of the club managers easy because they had to deal with numerous dysfunctions. The president then recalled the five activities offered by the association: aquagym, archery, dance, gymnastics and hiking. She announced that Gilbert Faure had obtained the Federal Mountain Hiking Leader Certificate and greeted Jean-Yves Zanchi who will be training as a hiking leader. In agreement with the leaders, she informed the members that from now on a hike would be organized every week.

Five activities proposed

Once again, she launched an appeal for people of good will to dedicate themselves to running the other activities (dance and gym). The treasurer, René Delbos detailed the financial report which shows a surplus of €1,005 for the 2022-2023 season.

The activity report showed the dynamism of the association which participated in numerous events: “head and legs” rally, organized by the Ytrac social center, Telethon, spring meal, fitness day in Brommat, nature festival in Ayrens, archery challenge, end of season meal, party in Ayrens, dances in retirement homes.
