Christophe Galtier, former coach of Paris Saint-Germain, is the new coach of Qatari first division club Al Duhail. The Frenchman’s new employer officially announced this on Thursday.
Al Duhail has not lived up to expectations so far this season. The team only takes fourth place in the Stars League. In the Asian Champions League, they were also unable to make a three-pointer in two attempts. That’s why coach Hernán Crespo had to vacate his place on the bench on Wednesday.
PSG had parted ways with Galtier separated after just one seasonin which the club once again failed in its mission to win the Champions League.
