With a win in the top flight against Italy, England has secured participation in the European Championship next year in Germany. Harry Kane (2x) and Marcus Rashford scored the goals at Wembley, thanks to in-form man Jude Bellingham.

One point was enough for the English to reach EURO 2024. Scamacca thought he could put a stop to that. From close range he gave Italy the lead at Wembley Stadium.

The signal for Bellingham to start a new master class. First he forced a penalty, Kane converted it: 1-1.

The Real player then set up Rashford with a clever pass. The United player cashed in the assist with verve: 2-1.

In the final fifteen minutes, Kane struck again for the English: 3-1.

Next summer, England will be attending the European Championship finals for the 11th time.

Defending champion Italy will still have to deal with Ukraine to qualify. On the last day of the match they face each other.

Harry Kane makes it two against Italy.
