CHG Auxiliary Association: volunteers needed

Don’t know what to do to pay it forward? The Arc-En-Ciel Boutique at the Granby Hospital Center needs you. Come give 3 hours of your time per week. We need volunteers mainly to fill our Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Will you be the next person who continues to make the Rainbow shine? Become a volunteer. Live an enriching experience. Free hockey for ages 65 and over

All hockey players, who are 65 years old and over, can participate in free hockey every Monday and Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Léonard-Grondin Sports Center. Come join this group for the pleasure of playing, socializing and maintaining your physical fitness while playing with your full equipment, including goalkeepers and referees. Places available during the day or evening. Every Wednesday morning, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., coffee meetings are opportunities to learn and express yourself on subjects of general interest. Volunteers wanted: read and have others read

Are you aged 50 and over and would like to share your passion for books and your taste for reading with little ones? The Read and Make People Read program is for you. Once a week for 8 weeks, visit a small group of children in a primary school to read them stories. If you are interested in participating in this program, contact Jonathan Déom, responsible for volunteer services, at 450 372-1338.
