Changes to BWF Rankings After 2023 Arctic Open: Men’s Doubles Sector Affected

VANTAA, suaramerdeka.com – After the 2023 Arctic Open championship tournament, there have been several changes to the BWF ranking update.

Changes to the BWF ranking update after the 2023 Arctic Open occurred in the men’s doubles sector.

In men’s doubles, there have been increases and decreases in several of the main players participating in the 2023 Arctic Open.

In the BWF ranking update for week 42 of 2023, Kim Astrup/Anders Skaarup Rasmussen emerged as champions and moved up in ranking.

Meanwhile, the decline occurred in the Indonesian representatives who took part, namely Pramudya Kusumawardana/ Yeremia Erich Yoche Yacob Rambitan.

Even though both of them managed to advance to the quarter-finals, this did not bring satisfactory results to their ranking.

Almost the same thing was experienced by other Indonesian representatives, namely Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan.

The pair, who are often called The Daddies, advanced to the semifinals, but this did not increase their ranking.
