Champions League: optimism for Warren Zaire-Emery before receiving AC Milan

Victorious over Strasbourg on Saturday afternoon (3-0), PSG is now fully engaged in preparing for its shock on Wednesday against AC Milan on the third day of the Champions League. Luis Enrique’s men met this Monday for a morning session at the PSG Campus. A collective training in which Warren Zaire-Emery did not take part.

Forfeited last weekend due to trauma to the left ankle suffered with the France Espoirs team, the 17-year-old midfielder touched the ball individually, away from his partners but with his presence in the group for the match against AC Milan does not seem to be in question. In recent days, there was confidence in his participation.

Except for this slight uncertainty, the rest of the Parisian infirmary is only made up of long-term absentees (Marco Asensio and Presnel Kimpembe are continuing their recovery protocol, Nuno Mendes is in the recovery period).

Luis Enrique will appear at a press conference at 1 p.m. and will be accompanied by Gianluigi Donnarumma. The Rossoneri will head to France after their training scheduled for 11 a.m. in their Milanello center. Coach Stefano Pioli and Olivier Giroud will face the press from 6:50 p.m. in the Parc des Princes auditorium.
