Bukayo Saka’s Injury Update: England Advises Arsenal Star to Continue Recovery at Club

The British medical team advised Saka to continue recovering from his injury at Arsenal.

Saka was absent when Arsenal beat City. He underwent an inspection at St George Park. He was declared not in good condition

WHAT HAPPENED? Bukayo Saka finally canceled playing for England in two matches during this month’s international break after carrying out an inspection by the English Football Federation (FA) at St George’s Park, Monday (9/10).

WHAT IS SAYING? “Bukayo Saka did not take part when England faced Australia and Italy,” said the FA statement on the England national team website. “Saka has been examined by the English medical team, and it has been decided that the player will continue his rehabilitation at his club.”

BIG PICTURE: Saka underwent treatment for an injury after being withdrawn in the 34th minute when Arsenal lost to RC Lens in the Champions League. This 22 year old player was not used when Arsenal beat Manchester City 1-0 in the Premier League at the weekend.
