Organized by the community of communes of Desvres-Samer, Blue Week intended for retirees and elderly people is back for the 2023 edition which will be held until Friday October 6 in several municipalities in the region.
The entertainment program is as follows:
– Tuesday 3: gentle aquagym and balneotherapy at 11:30 a.m. at the Naturéo aquatic center, rue de la gare in Desvres, 8 km hike with Pep’s de Colembert, departure at 2 p.m. from the Selles village hall.
– Wednesday 4: sound therapy workshop from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Maison intercommunale pour tous, hypnotherapy workshop from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., same location.
– Thursday 5: senior zumba, from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at Sia Fitness et Danses, Zal de la Houlette in Desvres, pastry workshop from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Maison intercommunale pour tous.
– Friday 6: archery from 9:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at the Salle du Quillier in Menneville, socio-aesthetic workshop with the creation of lip balm from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Maison intercommunale pour tous.
All these workshops are free but it is essential to register (two workshops per person). Reserved only for residents aged 60 and over.
