Would you have recognized this Bayern star?
On Monday morning, a player from the record champions entered the field completely masked for the final training session before the third group game in the Champions League at Galatasaray Istanbul (Tuesday, 6:45 p.m./Amazon Prime Video and live ticker at BILD.de).
Even the U23 players Lovro Zvonarek (18) and Taichi Fukui (19/both midfield talents) had to look twice at who was training with them…
“I feel like I’ve been sold like a fool” Reif outraged by Bayern’s statement!

Bayern star totally masked in training
It’s war Leroy Sané (27)!
The German international came onto the pitch all in white. In the long, white training clothes for the premier class, plus the white balaclava and XXL collar on the training sweater.

Sané was completely covered up, even though it wasn’t really cold. Already an amazing outfit at 9 degrees Celsius and light sunshine on Säbener Straße.
Super Sané (already seven goals in twelve games this season) a mixture of ninja, hooligan with pyrotechnics on the fence and Formula 1 driver without a helmet…
And the other Bavarians? Some had a kind of pajama look on.
In addition to Sané, Serge Gnabry (28), Kingsley Coman (27), Bouna Sarr (31), Jamal Musiala (20) and Alphonso Davies also opted for the long, white training pants. The pajama look was perfect…

On the flight to Istanbul, Bayern took it easy!
Instead of the fine Champions League suits from former sponsor “Boss”, the stars wore their “Adidas” tracksuits in wine red – as they did on the trip to Copenhagen.

Noussair Mazraoui (25/muscular problems after international matches) was also there – for the first time after the Bayern bosses decided that the Moroccan would not be suspended after his anti-Israel post.

Coach Thomas Tuchel (50) wore a Bayern red cap on the way from the team bus to the VIP wing of Terminal 1 at Munich Airport.
Many fans were puzzled by the logo on Thomas Müller’s (34) cap…

Why does Müller wear a red acorn on his blue cap?
On his homepage he gives the explanation for his “es müllert” logo: “The symbol is an acorn, the fruit of the oak tree. For me it symbolizes strength, playfulness, nature and my Bavarian origins. Playing a game of Schafkopf in the beer garden is Bavarian quality of life and exactly my thing. It’s not for nothing that Eicherober is the highest card that beats everything. Then I thought to myself, I always like to have it on hand. So when you see my acorn symbol in the future, you know it’s rubbish!”
