Another thing, AS Roma is getting closer to a definitive agreement with a new sponsor following DigitalBits’ departure from the club at the beginning of this year.
Recent reports in the Italian media claim that the Giallorossi are in talks with Saudi airline Riyadh Air, and that the deal could be finalized shortly after the two sides formalized the agreement last night.
Meanwhile, Roma’s official website no longer offers the temporary inclusion of the SPQR logo on jerseys.
When ordering the jersey, the website only allows users to add the Serie A patch along with back sponsor Auberge Resort.
The fate of Jose Mourinho and AS Roma
AS Roma coach, Jose Mourinho, is said to not be extending his contract with the team nicknamed the Giallorossi.
Mourinho’s contract will end on June 30 2024, and currently there is no sign that he will extend his agreement with AS Roma.
As reported by Tribun Kalteng from Sport Mediaset via TMW, Jose Mourinho’s contract with AS Roma will end next June and the club may allow him to leave, prompting them to start considering a replacement.
