At Ajax things are going from bad to even worse. Due to a spectacular defeat against last-place Utrecht, the Amsterdam team actually fell to a direct relegation place. Will trainer Maurice Steijn pay the bill soon?
After 7 match days, the numbers turn blood red: with barely one win and four defeats, the proud Ajax Amsterdam is actually in direct relegation.

Twenty minutes before the end, Toornstra found an equalizer for Utrecht. And when Lidberg, face-to-face with reserve goalkeeper Ramaj, dropped a 4-3, home fans threw a few cups on the field in frustration.
In the Netherlands something like that is enough to stop a match – which happened.
