2022 Hangzhou Asian Para Games Concludes with Spectacular Closing Ceremony and Record-breaking Performances

tvOnenews.com – The 2022 Hangzhou Asian Para Games officially closed through a closing ceremony held at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center, China, Saturday (28/10).

President of the Asian Paralympic Committee (APC) Majid Rashed said that Hangzhou had provided a special place in holding this event.

“Who would have thought that the sky tonight would be so bright, so beautiful, on the closing day of the 2022 Asian Para Games. Hangzhou has become a beautiful place for this event,” said Asia Majid Rashed.

Furthermore, he also appreciated the countries participating in the fourth edition of the Asian Para Games.

Moreover, there were 283 Asian Para Games records broken, as well as 72 Asian records and 21 world records set by athletes competing on the biggest sporting stage for athletes with disabilities in Asia.

“We have all seen the struggles of the 468 athletes who competed in the Asian Para Games. We are sure that all the spectators and supporters here were inspired by their performance,” said Rashed.
