These things depend on the player, the coach, the management… Nothing can be certified in September for June/July for any deal or club. What is certain is that it is a dry loan, so the plan is for Xavi Simons to return to PSG” explained the journalist specializing in the transfer window in his column for Caught Offside. It now remains to be seen whether the plans for Xavi Simons will not change during the season.
