SV Licht-Loidl Lafnitz has found a new head coach in Robert Weinstabl. The 40-year-old is moving from the Wiener Sport-Club from the Regionalliga East to the Admiral 2nd League in Styria, as the two clubs announced on Wednesday.

Weinstabl has been working at the sports club since the summer of 2019. He will be on the line for the Dornbacher team for the last time on Friday in the home game against Vienna Viktoria and will start work in Lafnitz on Monday. In Friday’s home game against Horn, the Lafnitz team will be looked after by the two assistant coaches Robin Eder and Luca Wirtitsch.
As chairman Martin Dellenbach announced, the previous head coach Michael Steiner was released. The Salzburg player terminated his permanent contract after the defeat in Bregenz at the beginning of September. Steiner only took over the coaching position in the summer.
