MADRID, 2 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Spanish rider Toni Bou (Repsol Honda) won his seventeenth title in the TrialGP World Championship this Saturday, having accumulated 251 points for his lead during the seven rounds held throughout the season.

With 17 titles in the open-air modality since he started competing with the Repsol Honda team in 2007, Bou thus maintained his streak of success in 2023. To clinch his most recent crown, the Catalan achieved victory in Vertolaye, under the TrialGP of France.

This new milestone allowed Bou to continue expanding his record, adding a total of 33 titles between the X-Trial and TrialGP competitions. Regarding this last modality, the pilot from Piera (Barcelona) will put the climax in the Trial of Nations, which will be held from September 8 to 10 in the French city of Auron.
