The press manager of the women’s soccer team, Patricia Pérez, and the brother of the soccer player Jennifer Hermoso have provided the judge of the National Court investigating the ‘Rubiales case’ with the information and data contained in their respective mobile phones.

Legal sources have confirmed that both Patricia Pérez and Rafael Hermoso have dumped their devices in court. The press officer did so at the end of his testimony as a witness before the head of the Central Court of Instruction number 1, Francisco de Jorge.

The footballer’s brother, for his part, went to the National Court this Thursday to provide the information contained in his phone despite the fact that he already testified last Monday before the instructor as a witness. Then, he assured that the former coach of the women’s team Jorge Vilda pressured him for the kiss given by the former president of the Spanish Football Federation (FEF) Luis Rubiales to his sister.

The magistrate also took the former FEF Integrity Director Miguel García Caba as a witness this Thursday. Prosecutor’s sources have explained that the dumping of his phone was not necessary for the investigation of the facts.

This same week, the magistrate has received through the Australian Embassy the certificate of the content of all the crimes of the Penal Code of that country in relation to the facts investigated and that are applicable in the State of New South Wales.

It should be remembered that the instructor will take a statement on October 2 as witnesses from the national team players Alexia Putellas, Irene Paredes and Misa Rodríguez. In addition, on the 10th he will interrogate Jorge Vilda and the directors of the men’s team, Albert Luque, and FEF marketing, Rubén Rivera, as investigated.
