The Superior Court of Justice of Navarra has reduced the prison sentence by one year to one of the five convicted of La Manada, specifically Ángel Boza, for the group rape of the Sanfermines of 2016 in application of the law of ‘only yes means yes’. The sentence is thus reduced from 15 to 14 years.
‘Everything is a lie’ has spoken exclusively with Teresa Hermida, the victim’s lawyer, who told us how they received the news and how her client is: “My opinion about the sentence reduction is that It seems truly outrageous to me.. Logically we didn’t expect it. “We could foresee it happening, but we did not expect this resolution,” he began.
