The winner of each of them is awarded a prize of 30 thousand Swiss francs. The difference between these lies in their operation, the compound one incorporates pulleys and the recurve ones are not used. In turn, recurve bow shooting is performed at a distance of 70 meters from 122 centimeter targets and in the compound bow discipline it is shot at a distance of 50 meters towards a target 80 centimeters in diameter.
